Keeping daily records
Daily records are kept in order to maintain a filing system of all events related to the pupils performance.
Secretariat:
• Personal records
• Journal of correspondence
• Files containing correspondence with the court
• Files containing correspondence with the police
• Files containing correspondence with the Social Welfare Centre, Municipal Family Support Centre, and District Family Support Centre
• A phone book containing telephone numbers of parents
• A phone book containing telephone numbers of institutions
• A book containing medical services available for each pupil
